Novogres SA born in 1981 at the initiative of a group of professionals with extensive knowledge of ceramic industry, which apply in Novograd SA their experiences, especially the construction of ceramic machinery, acquired over more than 30 years dedicated to this activity.

The result of this initiative which began its journey might consider the first company that produces ceramic tiles in red body through a system of single firing in roller kilns monolayer.

Already in 1988 expanded the facility with a new furnace, introducing the single-fired ceramic roller kilns also monolayer.

In 1998 came another amplicación and modernization of equipment, introducing new machines and technologies to start production of white paste porcelain floor tiles.
